Freight and Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we will check the availability of the items you have ordered, occasionally items may not be immediately available. If this occurs we will let you know the exact ETA and if this is acceptable to you, we will progress the order. If the ETA is not acceptable to you we will cancel the order without any cost to you or we will work with you on an alternative solution.
We generally do not hold stock and all garments and items are shipped from our brands warehouses.
Our aim is to dispatch your order promptly and we will let you know when you can expect delivery.

Returns and Exchange Policy
- The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy is 7 days from the day you have received your order and is applicable only to un-branded items (non-embroidered, non-printed).
- We recommend viewing a sample of the garments / items prior to any branding (embroidery or printing), to make sure that you have selected the right product, style, size, and colour. As once the items are branded we are not able to exchange or accept returns.
- The un-branded items must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received them, in the original packaging with all the swing tags intact.
- To return or exchange any items please click here and let us know the details of the return.
- Freight charges while returning products will need to be paid by you and are non-refundable.
- It is recommended to use a trackable postage method, such as a courier. We cannot be responsible for undelivered items.
- After receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and advise you whether we have approved your refund or exchange.
- If approved, we will issue you with a credit note or refund.
